General conditions

The reservation is not transferable. The reservation fee is obligatory and can't be payed back.


Booking confirmation

When we receive your reservation form and 60 euros deposit by SystemPay, we will send you, a booking confirmation.
The payment of 60 euros is composed of 10 euros booking fee (obligatory and non-refundable) and 50 euros deposit (which will be deducted from your final bill).


Check-in

Your arrival must happen between 10am and 7pm.
In case of late or early arrival, please let us know as soon as possible by phone to check if your stay is still possible.


Cancellation of your stay

The amount of the booking fees is 10 euros. The reservation fee is obligatory and can't be payed back.
The amount of the deposit is 50 euros. It will be kept in case of "no show" the day of the reservation.
The 50 euros of deposit will be reimbursed in case of cancellation 7 days before the previous date of arrival.


Insurances

During their stay, the campers are covered by a civil liability insurance from the campsite. This insurance covers all physical or material injuries which would be under the responsibility of the campsite.
The acceptance of this contract implies that the campers need to subscribe a valid insurance for their tent, caravan, vehicle and civil liability.
Barbecues are tolerated, but they remain under your own responsibility.
Dogs and other pets need to be identified and vaccinated.


Abstract from the Campsite internal rules

Any person willing to stay overnight in the campsite need to:

  • show his identity papers at the welcome office;
  • agree to comply to the Campsite internal rules (displayed at the campsite welcome office)

Departures shall be done by 10am latest.
Stay extension requests shall be provided to the campsite management as soon as possible. Decision of acceptance or refusal of the extension request is taken by the management.
Any person breaching the campsite internal rules may have his contract automatically terminated and will need to leave the site immediately, without being detrimental to legal proceedings. In case of penal injury, the management may immediately request the help of the police.


Personal data management (RGPD)

In France, personal data is protected in particular by the law n ° 78-87 of January 6th, 1978, the law n ° 2004-801 of August 6th, 2004, the article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of the October 24, 1995.

On the occasion of the use of the site, can be collected: the URL of the links through which the user has accessed the site, the access provider of the user, the Internet Protocol address ( IP) of the user.

In any case Nature & Lodge collects personal information about the user only for the need of certain services offered by the site.
